Interested in College Awareness of Road Safety? Students Learning With Communities in partnership with the Garda Road Safety Unit will be collaborating again this year to facilitate interested DIT lecturers and students on projects that raise awareness of road safety. College Awareness of Road Safety (or CARS) has been running very successfully cross-diciplinary for the last two years and is celebrated annually by a showcase of the students' work and an awards ceremony. All interested lecturers and students are invited to attend our meetings to learn more about and to discuss possible (CARS) projects. The next meeting will be held on Monday March 15th from 1-2pm, location to be confirmed.  Please let us know that you will attending by emailing slwc(at)dit.ie Or get in contact at any time if you are interested in participating in CARS this year.
