Student Supports

 

 

The support offered by the Access Service staff combines academic, financial, and social elements.  Activities and supports organised include an orientation programme, social events, financial support, a peer mentoring programme and extra tuition, amongst others.  Our team works in co-operation with the student support services in the institution by referring students to a particular staff member, group or individual service, dependant on their needs.

The provision of structured support by skilled and experienced student support staff is one of the most important aspects of the post-entry programme.
